Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur, is organizing a Two-Day International Conference on “Constitution@75: Evolving Text, Context & Transformations — Rights, Governance & Technology in Focus” to commemorate 75 glorious years of the Indian Constitution. This event, set for January 25—26, 2025, aims to create a platform for scholars, academicians, legal practitioners, and policymakers to engage in enriching discussions on the transformative journey of the Indian Constitution and its relevance in addressing contemporary challenges.

The conference will feature insightful keynote addresses, parallel technical sessions, and a special Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture, focusing on the Constitution’s text, its dynamic interpretations, and its response to modern issues such as governance, rights, and technological advancement.

Who Can Participate?

Academicians, legal professionals, policymakers, researchers, and students from diverse disciplines….

Themes and Sub-Themes

Participants are invited to submit papers addressing one or more of the following sub-themes:
