CALL FOR PAPERS – JANUARY 2025
The Editorial Board of the Nigerian National Human Rights Commission Journal (NNHRCJ), a publication of the National Human Rights Commission, invites full-length scholarly articles in all spheres of human rights for publication in the NNHRCJ.
Guideline for Authors
i. The manuscript should be in Microsoft Format and in United Kingdom English, 1.5 line spaced and font size 12, Times New Roman, with all references in footnotes on A4 format.
ii. Articles should range from 15-20 pages. Short notes should not exceed 3,500 words. Case law reviews and commentaries should not exceed 2500 words. Book reviews should not exceed 1500 words. These are inclusive of relevant footnotes, which must be numbered consecutively throughout the text with Arabic numerals.
iii. Authors should also submit an abstract of not more than 250 words, with keywords not more than 5.
iv. The name, postal address, mobile phone and e-mail address of the corresponding author of the article should be clearly indicated on the first page of the paper, preferably under the footnote.
v. Prospective Authors are allowed to use only OSCOLA referencing Style (see www.law.ox.uk.oscola).
vi. Paper submitted for publication in the NNHRCJ must not have been submitted or published elsewhere.
