Department of Law is organising its 4th Jagannath Memorial Moot Court Competition (JMMCC) on 24th February (online) & from 28th February – 1st March, 2025 via Offline Mode. The Moot Proposition is based on Criminal Law. The Competition shall be open for ‘bonafide’ students who are pursuing an integrated 5 year LL.B. Programme or 3 year LL.B Programme from an institute/university in India.
About Moot Court Society
The Moot Court Society at JIMSEMTC, Department of Law, plays a crucial role in equipping students with practical legal skills, including clinical legal training, research, and writing. These activities help students build confidence in articulating their views and effectively communicating in front of an audience.

- Inaugural Ceremony(Virtual)- 24th February, 2025
- Researcher’s Test- 24th February, 2025

Date: The 4th Jagannath Memorial Moot Court Competition shall be held offline from 28th February to 1st March 2025.
THEME
Theme of the Competition is Criminal Law.
ELIGIBILITY
The competition shall be open for Bonafide students who are pursuing a 5-year integrated LLB programme or 3-year LL.B programme from an Institute or University situated in India and recognised by the Bar Council of India.

Online registrations starts from 19th January 2025. The last date for registration is on 14th February 2025 here
