The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized
various aspects of society, raising critical questions at the intersection of
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Human Rights, and AI governance.
This event seeks to engage scholars, legal experts, policymakers, and
industry professionals in an interdisciplinary dialogue on the evolving
challenges and opportunities in this digital era.
This event will explore the ethical, legal, and socio-economic implications of AI in Intellectual Property and Human Rights frameworks, emphasizing sustainable and fair digital transformations. Through in-depth discussions and research contributions, we aim to highlight best practices and regulatory mechanisms to foster balanced innovation and protection in the AI-driven world.
ABOUT AMITY LAW SCHOOL:-
The Amity Law School (ALS) in AUMP was established in 2013. Amity
Law School conducts two integrated 5 years undergraduate courses, LL.B (Three Years), LL.M (One Year), and Ph.D. programme in law-related subjects. The main focus of ALS is to promote high- quality research and develop professionals in legal education and legal profession. Developing cutting-edge skills, imparting high-quality education, and conducting research on emerging trends in legal education and the legal profession are the main features of the school. PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:-
1. The Title of the paper should be followed by Name, Designation, Name of the Organization / University / Institution and Email address. It is mandatory to mention the Email address, as all future correspondence will be done through it.
2. Name and details of Co-author, if any.
MANUSCRIPT: The Manuscript should be in Times New Roman 12-point font. The Main Title should be in full capitals, bold, and centered 12-point font. Sub-titles should be in sentence case, bold, and in 12-point font. Authors’ names should be in small capitals and centered in 12-point font.
3. CITATION FORMAT: Please use footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes should
conform to Bluebook 20th Edition Style in Times New Roman 10-point font.
4. SUBMISSION OF THE ABSTRACT: A cover letter with the name(s) of the author(s) and address, designation, institution/affiliation, the title of the manuscript, and contact information (email, phone, etc.) is compulsory to submit.
5. All submissions must contain an abstract of not more than 300 words with 5 Minimum Keywords;
6. ORIGINALITY OF THE MANUSCRIPT:
All the contributions should be the original work of the contributors and should not have been submitted for consideration in any other Publication. Plagiarism shall not exceed 10% excluding the Abstract. There should be no use of any AI model for content.
The paper must be in a single column laid out with margins justified on both sides. The length of the paper should be 3,000 – 5,000 words.

7. The Event will be hosted through Zoom/Cisco-Webex, MS Teams or any other Online Platform.
8. The manuscript should also be checked thoroughly for grammatical or typographical errors before submission.
9. The Maximum of Two Co-authors are allowed.
