ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNDALU), established by the State of
Tamil Nadu in 1997, stands as the first full-fledged sui generis Law University in India,
setting it apart from other law universities across the nation. Renowned for its comprehensive
legal education, TNDALU operates through the School of Excellence in Law in Chennai,
along with numerous affiliated colleges throughout the state.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, in partnership with the Indian Society of
International Law and Law Teachers India, warmly invites you to participate in our
International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and International Humanitarian Law:
Navigating the Nexus of Technology, Warfare, and Global Norms. This hybrid-mode
conference (March 5-7, 2025) brings together experts, scholars, and practitioners to explore
the intricate relationships between AI, international humanitarian law, and global norms. We
welcome submissions of research papers that address the conference theme.

CALL FOR PAPERS
TNDALU invites original research papers from academicians, professionals, practitioners,
researchers, law and other stakeholders on emerging issues and related areas on the broad
sub-themes above.

THEME
Papers are invited on topics aligned with the technical sessions. Submissions relevant to the
overarching theme of "Artificial Intelligence and International Humanitarian Law:
Navigating the Nexus of Technology, Warfare, and Global Norms" will be considered for
acceptance.

CO-AUTHORSHIP
Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors per paper.

PRESENTING PAPER

Abstracts must be submitted by February 14, 2025, to: [email protected]
Selected abstracts will be notified via email by February 17, 2025
Registration for presentation, along with payment, must be completed by February 20, 2025
upon notification of selected abstracts
