The University of Lausanne (UNIL) LL.M. in International Business Law & CEDIDAC are inviting abstracts on the topic of Art & Innovation Law.

In order to encourage a wide range of submissions, UNIL’s LL.M. in International Business Law & CEDIDAC plan to facilitate interdisciplinary discussions among academic faculty & researchers, as well as practitioners to encourage abstracts on the most recent developments, trends, concerns, opportunities, and practical challenges relating to artistic works in the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
Papers of interest might discuss any of the following topics in relation with artistic works:
• Intellectual Property Law and AI or NFTs
• Legal and Policy Implications of AI or NFTs
• Opportunities and Regulatory Implications with respect to AI or NFTs
• Recent jurisprudence with respect to AI or NFTs
• Recent legislation with respect to AI or NFTs
Submissions & Peer-Reviewed Publication.
Abstracts of up to 500 words from scholars at any stage of their career should be sent to Ms. Alexandra Vida ([email protected]). A decision on acceptance of the abstract will be communicated by 31 March 2025.
