Responsibilities
- Documentation of existing contracts
- Work on our cutting-edge Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Support daily legal team responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Help with compliance and regulatory reviews
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal documentation
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Eligibility
- Strong grasp of corporate and contracts law
- Students who are in the 4th or 5th year of B.A. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
