Call for Applications: for the course on Duke-Leiden Institute in Global and Transnational Law

The Duke-Leiden Institute in Global and Transnational Law is a one-month programme providing a strong foundation for those interested in international and comparative law as well as for those planning to study law in the United States. The programme will focus on subjects such as trade agreements, human rights, taxation, international criminal justice and comparative criminal law. Registration is now open!

Course information

The programme is divided into 2 two-week terms. All courses are taught in English and by faculty members from different legal cultures, exposing participants not only to comparative law studies but also to different teaching methods.

Target audience

The Institute is aimed at JD students/ LL.B. students who have completed at least one year of law study, students preparing to study for an LLM degree in the United States, advanced law students from all countries. The Institute also welcomes judges, academics, practitioners, and other professionals seeking knowledge of American, international, and comparative law to apply for the programme.
