The Office of Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is accepting applications for internships on a rolling basis for 2025.
Duration
March 2025 – May 2025.
Responsibilities
- Prepare briefs summarizing case facts, submissions, and relevant case law.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memos and opinions.
- Attend court proceedings and meetings, taking detailed minutes.
Eligibility
- 2nd year or above in 3-year program
- 4th year and above in 5-year program
Interns are expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times, ensuring that all information obtained during the internship is handled with the utmost discretion and that their conduct consistently reflects the integrity and excellence required by the office.

Applicants will be interviewed telephonically or virtually. Confirmations will be communicated 2-4 weeks before the start of the internship. At the start of the internship, interns will participate in an orientation session covering essential procedures, tools, and policies, and will be provided with necessary templates and protocols to ensure they are well-prepared for their responsibilities.
