- Work closely with our corporate & transactions team on client matters and deals.
- Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and assist in due diligence exercises.
- Participate in internal case discussions and strategy meetings.
- Contribute to knowledge initiatives and legal updates.
Eligibility
- Graduate from a law school.
- Prior internship experience in Corporate Law (law firms).
- Strong research, drafting and English speaking skills.
- Interest in corporate, commercial, and transactional legal work.
