CALL FOR PAPERS | 2025 The Lisbon Climate Conference, Submission Deadline- 15 July 2025
Organized by professors and researchers Armando Rocha , Maria Pena Ermida and Julia Cirne Lima Weston , the event aims to mark a decade since the adoption of the Paris Agreement, critically reflecting on its advances, gaps and challenges.
Thus, the 2025 edition of “The Lisbon Climate Conference” (3rd edition) aims to discuss what should be the focus points for academics and policy makers in the next decade of implementation of the Paris Agreement. Submissions of articles in other areas of international law that intersect with climate issues are also encouraged. The publication of a collective work is planned, with selection and editing of the best contributions presented.
Submission and Selection of Papers
The organization therefore invites all interested parties (professionals and academics – including early-career researchers and doctoral students) to submit an abstract of around 500 words, in English, by July 15, 2025 , to the following email address: [email protected] .
