Call for Papers: for WORKSHOP IN EUROPEAN LEGAL STUDIES, 26-27 August 2025

The annual Workshop on European Legal Studies brings together scholars of European law to discuss research, education and current issues of European law and policy. The conference provides a possibility for researchers to present research results, ongoing research projects, papers as well as working papers to a wider audience with an interest in the field of European law.

CALL FOR PAPERS

We welcome contributions on all topics related to European legal studies, including but not limited to EU constitutional law, internal market law, competition law, the impact of EU Law in the Member States, EU external relations, the EU judicial order, the EU Charter on Fundamental Rights and the ECHR. We particularly welcome contributions related to the Swedish or Nordic relationship to the EU and the position of the EU in the Swedish legal order. Finally, we also welcome papers dealing with methodological issues of European law research and pedagogical issues related to teaching European law.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL

A short proposal for a paper (abstract, max one A4 page) should be submitted by e-mail to Xavier Groussot at [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] by 20 June 2025 at the latest.
