In commemoration of India’s 75th year of independence, the Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai – Asia’s oldest law school has announced a landmark initiative to publish a series of scholarly books in collaboration with its esteemed knowledge partner, All India Reporter (AIR). Each volume in this series will be assigned a unique ISBN number, ensuring global accessibility and academic recognition. This publishing endeavor aims to chronicle and critically analyze the evolution of Indian law from the moment of independence in 1947 to the present era of globalization. Researchers and authors contributing to this series are encouraged to explore the transformative journey of India’s legal landscape, highlighting significant milestones, reforms, and the nation’s integration into the global legal framework. GLC Mumbai’s rich legacy, having nurtured luminaries like Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and several Chief Justices of India, underscores its pivotal role in shaping the country’s legal discourse. This initiative not only honors that legacy but also aspires to provide contemporary insights into India’s legal progression over the past seven and a half decades.
Eligibility
GLC, Mumbai welcomes journal submissions from Legal Professionals, Academicians, subject experts and Law Students. This journal is dedicated to exploring contemporary and relevant developments in the vast field of law and policy.
