Responsibilities
Selected intern’s day-to- day responsibilities include :
- Handle legal matters
- Attend hearings in court
- Draft various deeds, agreements, legal matters, letters, etc.
- Meet with advocates and counsels
- Meet with landlords/tenants/society members
- Look at various legal compliances including RERA, MHADA, MCS, STAMP ACT, REGISTRATION ACT, etc.
- Researching regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice
- Manage, organise, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems
