The Journal of Law and Public Policy is inviting submissions on any aspect of Constitutionalism. Topics may include:
- The history of constitutional thought.
- Philosophical foundations of constitutionalism
- Congress and constitutional self-restraint
- The Supreme Court and constitutional self-restraint
- Constitutions and their place in the international order
- Comparative constitutionalism
Proposals should be no longer than 500 words. They may be submitted to Dr. Charles Reid, Jr., University of St. Thomas – School of Law (MN) at [email protected]. The submission deadline is Thursday, September 15, 2022.
Papers are to be presented as part of a Symposium at the University of St. Thomas School of Law on November 18, 2022. This will be a hybrid event; speakers are welcome to participate in-person or via Zoom.
