The Kirit P. Mehta School of Law (KPMSOL) of SVKM’s NMIMS (Deemed-to-be-University) established in the year 2013 approved by the Bar Council of India aims to provide quality legal education in order to meet the aforementioned challenges.
About the opportunity
The CyberCell of NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law is organising its First National Twitter Conference on 16th and 17th September, 2022 in an online mode on Twitter Spaces. The theme for the same is ‘Demystifying Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain- A Multidisciplinary Approach’
AI and blockchain are rapidly trending techniques in the present scenario and when conflated together can provide robust opportunities to broaden the horizon of science, technology and development. They are surfacing and transforming the banking and pharmaceutical sector. Each technology has its own individual degree of complexity, and they are in situations where they can benefit from each other, and help one another.
Participants will have to submit a poster abstract on the following sub-themes: Impact of AI on the Workspace vis-à-vis Labour Protection Norms, Blockchain Technology and Decentralized Governance, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Space, Blockchain and Banking: A modernized approach to international trade, Smart Contract Applications and Contemporary Challenges, Artificial Intelligence and its Potential in Corporate Governance: Compliance to Complaints, Artificial Intelligence and Dispute Resolution, Blockchain and Associated Legal Issues For Emerging Markets.
If the poster abstracts are selected, the participants will then present their papers on our Twitter account through the Twitter Spaces feature.
Eligibility
Students, Academicians, PhD Scholars and Professionals are all eligible to participate in the event.
Location
The submission of the poster abstracts is to be made online, through the registration link given below. The conference will also be held online, on Twitter Spaces.
Fee details
There is no fee required to submit the poster abstracts. If the poster abstracts of the participants are selected, they will be required to pay the registration fee to present their paper on Twitter. Students will pay Rs. 500 and Academicians, PhD Scholars, Professionals will have to pay Rs. 750.
Prizes
The top 3 authors/co-authors will be given cash prize and all the participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Last Day to Submit Poster Abstracts: 8th September, 2022.
Last Day to pay Registration fees for final presentation: 10th September, 2022.
Date of the Twitter Conference: 16th-17th September, 2022.
