Mr. Talha Abdul Rahman is an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. He obtained his law degree from the NALSAR University of Law in 2008 and was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Special Medal for Proven Leadership Abilities and three others in Corporate Law, Labour Law, and Environmental Law.
He was awarded the Shell Chevening Centenary Scholarship to pursue a Bachelor of Civil Law at Oxford University in 2008-09. He was recently awarded a fellowship to research on Statelessness with specific reference to Assam by the University of Melbourne.
