About the Internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and prepare articles and blogs related to IPR
2. Research and write on topics related to IPR
3. Write a case analysis
4. Work on trademark filing, search, opposition and notices
5. Update trackers for trademark, invoice, deadline periodically
6. Perform paralegal duties for our attorneys in the law department
7. Work on litigation case management and case file maintenance
8. Respond to inquiries and requests from outside counsel, and gather documents in response to discovery requests
9. Conduct legal research whenever required in Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law and other Civil laws
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 31st Oct’22 and 5th Dec’22
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad
5. have relevant skills and interests
