About the Legal Internship Opportunity at Astra Law Chambers
Astra Law Chambers is looking for law interns.
Eligibility
Candidate must have completed at least 3 years in a 5 years LLB course OR at least 2 years in a 3 years LLB course.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns are expected to work 5 days a week in hybrid mode with flexible work hours, depending on the workload.
The office is generally open from 10 AM to 6 PM, however, hours are flexible depending on mutual arrangement.
Field of work involves preparing legal notices, replies, corporate and IP transactional work, contract drafting, general dispute handling, arbitrations, civil and criminal litigation, commercial disputes and litigation, NCLT and DRT matters, attending day-to-day hearings, legal research etc.
On-the-job training will be provided.

Actively looking for 2 legal interns in Kolkata willing to join from December 2022.
Expected Skills
Candidate must be fluent in English.
Location
Hybrid. Students can opt for both online and offline internships.
Stipend
Selected interns will be eligible for performance-based stipends at par with industry standards.
Well-performing interns will be eligible for PPOs in Kolkata.
