Theme

Globalization has significantly altered relationships between nation-states since the early 1980s, along with domestic political, constitutional, and legal issues that influence economic and development politics. Emerging nations have changed their focus from statistics to socioeconomic liberalization as part of this global trend, in line with the broader globalization of globalized trade.

International institutions and organizations, such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), played a significant role in pushing movements toward economic reform, liberalization, and privatization as well as indirectly funding development initiatives.

The law and the practice of law, constitutional and policy standards, and constitutional judgment on these issues have all been reshaped and influenced by these changes. Globalization has an impact on the methods used to
provide justice. 5 It concentrates on and disseminates information on global legal debates and developments. Globalisation has changed how this legislation has developed in many areas across the world. The provisions of laws passed in one state have an impact on laws passed in another nation.

It is only a result of globalization connecting economies of nations that would not otherwise have any physical or territorial connections. This is a brief explanation of how globalization has impacted the law, the judicial system, and justice in India and throughout the world.

Economic and social interactions are fundamentally changing as a result of globalization, and political theory and Jurisprudence, as a result, is also emerging. Due to globalization, technology is becoming an integral part of not just day-to-day life but also of the Justice system. With development, new opportunities, as well as threat, arises hence there comes the need for IPR to regulate intellectual property.
