About the Opportunity
Drink Prime is looking for a CS/ legal intern who would be responsible for managing MCA-related filings, statutory and Company Law compliances, funding-related documentation and filings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence of potential transactions, valuation, transaction documentation and risk assessment.
- Maintain statutory records and registers and ensure that they are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns and documents.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, funding agreements, and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance departments, to ensure smooth execution of transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, investment bankers, legal advisors, and other professionals.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Eligibility
- Looking for a candidate with :
- Relevant experience in the above-listed areas of work
- CS intermediate or Legal intern with 0 to 1 year of work experience
- Expertise in Company law, Stamp Act, and other relevant laws.
