THDC India Limited is a leading Power Sector and Profit making Public sector Enterprise and registered as
a Public Limited Company in July-88 under the Companies Act, 1956. THDCIL was conferred ‘Mini Ratna –
Category – I Status in Oct – 09 and up-graded to Schedule ‘A’ PSU in July – 2010 by Govt of India.
THDC India Limited (formerly Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Limited), is under the ownership of National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, Ministry of Power, Government of India.
It was incorporated in July’88 to develop, operate and maintain the Tehri Hydro Power Complex and other Hydro Projects. THDC India Limited is a Mini Ratna Category-I Enterprise.[2][3] Present CMD of the corporation is Shri R.K Vishnoi.
At present the company has four power plants in operation namely Tehri Dam (1000 MW), Koteshwar Dam (400 MW), 50 MW Wind project in Patan (Gujarat) and 63 MW Wind project in Dwarka (Gujarat).

THDC India Limited invites applications from dynamic candidates with good experience and academic records to join THDC India Limited as Additional General Manager (Company Secretary).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- A degree in Law will be added qualification.
- Post qualification executive experience of20 years in executive/officer cadre out of which minimum 1 year in immediate lower grade/scale (CDA/IDA) IDA: 1,00,000-3%-2,60,000
- Equivalent Level or Equivalent post for the private sector
Salary
The selected candidate will be under the payscale of 1,20,000-3%- 2,80,000.
