About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities to include:
- Working on insolvency and bankruptcy code mandates, ensuring compliance, and supporting the execution
- Writing research reports and/or articles per week pertaining to stressed asset space & regulatory developments under insolvency and bankruptcy code & preparing presentations
- Appearing for case hearings, tracking, and updating developments
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, documents, letter, notices, minutes of the meeting etc.
- Be part of the operations/execution of assignments.
Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 14th Jul’23 and 18th Aug’23
- are available for duration of 6 months
- are from or open to relocate to Kolkata, Bidhannagar and neighboring cities
- have relevant skills and interests
