Eligibility Criteria :
- Citizenship of India.
- Age of 21 years.
- For Patent: A degree in science, engineering, or technology from any university.
- For Trademark: A graduation degree from any University or a law degree.

- Patent agent exam: INR 7000
- Trademark agent exam: INR 7000
