Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for an Associate in the Banking & Finance Team. The Associate will be responsible for conducting research and analysing legal issues, drafting legal documents, and prior experience in handling property searches, review of loan documentation would be preferred.
The Associate will also assist with business development and marketing efforts of the firm.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of Indian legal system and industry trends.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in drafting documents.
- Client-focused and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with clients, lawyers, and staff.
- Experience in one or more practice areas of the firm would be an added advantage.
