Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Legal Associate – LITIGATION (Criminal, Civil & Commercial) having PQE of 3 years or more at our Mumbai office. The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling legal issues, preparing legal documents, utilizing analytical skills, and communicating with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of law and experience in the legal field
- Experience in legal document preparation
- Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra
- Well versed with Marathi language
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in arbitration, family law, NCLT, real estate, taxation, and/or intellectual property rights is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
