Requirements
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of client contracts, identifying key legal issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide clear and concise summaries of contract provisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about relevant legal developments and changes in laws affecting contract review.
- Conduct legal research to support contract analysis and provide recommendations to the legal team.
- Communicate legal findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure a comprehensive approach to contract review.
- Work closely with other attorneys to share insights and best practices.
- Develop strategies for mitigating legal risks associated with contractual agreements.
- Advise clients on potential risks and propose alternative contractual provisions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred degree from an law school.
- 4-5 years of experience in contract review and analysis.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and relevant legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
