About the company: –
Major Work Type: Non-Litigation;
we are majorly into servicing numerous clients, especially in the Techno-legal domain and having multiple IT companies as our routine clients. We do undertake litigations related to Consumer Courts, under Negotiable Instrument Act, Service matters at High Court etc., however the same are on limited and selective basis
Office Timings: 10 am to 7pm (includes lunch break);
Key Criteria for candidate’s selection:
1.Should possess excellent command over English Language
2.Degree: law graduates /law pursuing
3.Knowledge of Contract Act and related laws preferred
4.Knowledge of Data Privacy & GDPR shall be added advantage
5.Candidates having prior work experience, especially in Techno-Legal domain shall be preferred
6.An inclination to build product into Techno-Legal shall be one of the key influencing factors
