The Data Security Council of India (DSCI) is excited to announce our Public Policy Summer Internship Program 2024. We invite applications from law, technology, and public policy students to join our dynamic cohort.

About

Public Policy at DSCI The Data Security Council of India (DSCI), is an industry body set up by NASSCOM in 2008. With a specialised focus on data protection, we have established best practices, standards, and initiatives in cybersecurity and privacy to ensure a safe, secure, and trusted cyberspace. Policy advocacy at DSCI consists of live consultations where we provide comments and input on draft laws, rules and policies relating to data protection, egovernance, emerging technology, and cybersecurity. In addition, we collaborate with leading organisations from the industry and academia to conduct capacitybuilding activities and strategic policy projects focused on the technology, healthcare and BFSI sectors. Interns working with us will have the opportunity to refine their research and writing skills while gaining valuable insights into technology law and policymaking.

Internship Program Details

April 1st to June 30th, 2024 (3 months): Interns are not expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

All internships come with a certificate and stipend.
