The seminar will explore themes such as:
The evolution of warfare & international humanitarian law;
War crimes, justice & accountability;
The role of international law in conflict prevention &
resolution;
Arms control & international security;
The above list is not exclusive & any other topic associated
with the above themes can be accepted.
By the end of the seminar, participants will be able to:
Analyze war from various viewpoints, including those directly
affected by it
Critically evaluate the factors that contribute to and sustain
war;
Identify potential solutions and avenues for promoting
peace;
Engage in informed discussions about the challenges and
opportunities surrounding war and peace
WORD LIMIT AND CITATION FORMAT :
WORD LIMIT: The prescribed word limit for
each submission is between 3000 to 5000 words.
Footnotes are excluded from this limit, and speaking footnotes
are discouraged.
Citation Format: All citations must strictly adhere to
the guidelines outlined in the Oxford University Standard
for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA- 4th Edition)
format.

concise abstract summarizing their work within
300 to 350 words
