Course Structure :
The certificate course will adopt a blended learning approach, combining online lectures with in-person
workshops to facilitate an immersive and interactive learning experience. Spanning one week from 15 April
to 21 April, the course will cover key topics such as state sovereignty, international human rights law,
dispute resolution mechanisms, environmental law, and international criminal justice.

Target Audience :
The Certificate Course on Public International Law is tailored for a diverse audience, including law
students, legal practitioners, government officials, diplomats, NGO professionals, international
organization staff, academics, and researchers in the field of international relations. Whether participants
are seeking to deepen their understanding of international legal principles, enhance their professional
skills, or pursue academic research, this course offers valuable insights and networking opportunities.

Assessment :
Classes will be held from 15th-19th April and 2 days will be reserved for assignments.
Timing- 10:00 am – 12:00 noon & 02:00 pm – 04:00 pm
The participants will be assessed on the research assignment allotted during the session. The selected
assignments will be featured in a dedicated book on International Law published with an ISBN by a
reputed publisher. The decision of the assessment committee shall be final.

The certificate will be issued only to those who complete 70% of the attendance & have successfully
submitted the research assignment.
