About the Programme
This faculty development programme is designed to empower faculties, researchers, and legal professionals by delving into the intricacies of the recently enacted legislations: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023, which replace the Indian Penal Code 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, and Indian Evidence Act 1872, respectively. With a focus on comprehensive understanding, procedural dynamics, and evidentiary shifts, the programme aims to provide participants with a holistic view of the legal landscape.

Lectures will be delivered in online mode.
