Eligibility Criteria :

To be eligible for the CDIPR student membership, applicants must:

Be a law student pursuing a 5-year B.A. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B. or a 3-year LL.B. program under any Bar Council of India (BCI)-approved University or College.
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in understanding Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).
Demonstrate a keen interest in IPRs and a commitment to advancing the field.

Membership Duration:

Membership is offered annually, and this call is for the session 2024-2025.
