About the Course
Research provides us new domain of knowledge, new theories and laws, solution to a problem and open new areas of thought. Further, it has the potential to question and analyze the existing theories in accordance to the Objective of the Course The objective of this course is to provide an overview of the quantitative & qualitative research methods, assist immersion in specific techniques, and engage the participants with the key debates in the area, including those that argue on the essential unity of the logic of inference across research methods— qualitative as well as quantitative. The workshop will also introduce the participants to the key texts in the area of thematic focus, and introduce them to the approach of qualitative as well as quantitative research methods, specific tools, and techniques of data organization and analysis. Course Coverage present circumstances. Hence it is pertinent for educational professionals and researchers to be acquainted with the process of research i.e. research methodology. It is worth mentioning that research is a systematic process and the knowledge of research methodology help to understand what to do in specific situation.
Objective of the Course

Eligibility Criteria for Participants
All Faculty and registered Ph.D. Research Scholars in recognized Indian university/Research Institute from any branch of Social Sciences can apply for this Research Methodology Course.
