Eligibility Criteria of District Judge Entry Level :
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
- Age: Should have attained the age of 35 years and not have attained the age of 45 years as of 01/01/2024.
- Note: Candidates who were eligible in terms of age as of 01/01/2023 can also apply.
- Educational Qualification: Must possess a degree in law from a university established or incorporated by or under a central or state Act, or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Should have been practicing as an Advocate for at least seven years as of 01/01/2024.
- Other Requirements: The candidate must be of good character, sound mind, and body, and free from any physical or mental
- disability that would render them unfit for the position.
Examination Fees (Non-Refundable) :
- Rs. 1000/-: For all candidates belonging to the Unreserved Category and candidates who are not residents of Chhattisgarh, irrespective of their category.
- Rs. 700/-: For candidates who are bonafide residents of Chhattisgarh belonging to SC/ST and OBC as notified for the State of Chhattisgarh.
