About the Book
The 21st century has witnessed a rapid convergence of technological advancements,
globalisation, and evolving societal dynamics. This confluence has profoundly impacted the
landscape of human rights, presenting both opportunities and challenges. The proposed book,
Human Rights at the Intersection of IP, Technology and Emerging Global Issues aims to
delve into the complex interplay between these factors, examining their implications for
human rights protection and promotion.

Eligibility

Students, academicians, researchers, practitioners, activists, and policymakers are all
welcome to submit proposals.

Submission Procedure

 Proposal submission date: September 15th (Proposals will still be considered after
the deadline, but authors are encouraged to indicate two or three alternative topics
they would be interested in contributing to.)
Proposals need not be more than 150 words, It should contain a brief description of
the chosen topics relevance to the books theme and the chapters proposed structure.
 Upon approval of the abstract, the authors will have to submit the complete paper by
October 15 th .

Costs

Upon final acceptance, the author will be required to pay ₹2800 for the publication of the
chapter. This amount includes the cost of a single hardcover copy for the author, which will
be dispatched to the author’s address via a surface courier upon release of the book.

Co-authors will have the option to book additional copies at ₹2600 for each extra copy upon
acceptance. The book will also be available at a potentially higher retail price on the
publisher’s website and other distribution platforms.
