Submission Guidelines
Academicians, Policy Makers, Professionals, Researchers, and Students are invited to submit their original unpublished research papers, short research essays, articles, and presentations that have strong connections with the theme of the National Workshop on Artificial Intelligence: Techno-Legal Perspective for this event.
The submissions should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Review Process: We have a double-blind peer review process that focuses solely on the quality of the research, the validity of methods, and the soundness of conclusions. The editorial team is committed to a quick reviewing process.
- Title and Authorship Information: The following information should be submitted through a Google Form in a separate word file:
- The complete title of the manuscript in 16-point Times New Roman Font.
- A short bio-note of the author(s) not exceeding 100 words along with the institutional affiliation and email address. Submit as Word documents (.doc/.docx), along with a separate file containing author(s)’ name, email ID, designation, and contact details.
Manuscript Format and Style of Referencing
- All articles must follow the 20th edition of The Bluebook citation style.
- Use 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing.
- All figures, images, tables, etc. should be embedded into the original file and cited consecutively in the text.
- References in the text should be numbered consecutively in superscripts, with details given at the end of the paper.
- Abstract upto 300 words with keywords.
- Full-length research papers should be within 4000-6000 words, including footnotes.
- Page Margin: Normal (2.54 cm each side)
Terms of Submission
The manuscript must not have been published elsewhere.
- Multiple and simultaneous submissions are not accepted.
- Plagiarized submissions will be outrightly rejected without a second chance.
- Co-Authorship Guidelines:
- A maximum of three co-authors (including the main author) are allowed per submission.
- All participants in co-authorship must register separately.
- No changes in the author list will be permitted after a manuscript has been accepted.
- Acknowledgements and Copyright:
- All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the end of the manuscript, before the references.
- Authors should provide proper disclaimers and acknowledgments for materials used.
- The copyrights of the papers published will remain with the author(s).
- The views expressed in the research papers are those of the author(s). The workshop organizers do not hold any responsibility.
- Note: In case of any issue, all decisions will be made by the organizing committee
Efforts will be made by the Organising Committee to include notable submissions in a Scopus Indexed publication or reputed national/international publications.
