About the Competition
The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Metaverse has redefined innovation, creativity, and the consumption of intellectual property (IP). These advancements present unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the domain of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). From copyright issues in AIgenerated content to trademark disputes in the virtual world, the interplay between evolving technologies and the existing legal frameworks necessitates a deeper exploration
Awards and Publication
- First Prize: Rs. 20,000/- + Certificate of Achievement
- Second Prize: Rs. 10,000/- + Certificate of Achievement
- Third Prize: Rs. 5,000 /- + Certificate of Achievement
- All participants will also be awarded E-Certificates of Participation.
- The competition will receive a limited number of entries.
- Top Essays will be published in the form of a book.
Eligibility
The competition is open only to:
Undergraduate & Postgraduate students from any recognized institution in India.
Ph.D. Research Scholars from any recognized institution in India.
