Smart Interaction Models in Mobile Computing with Pervasive AI and Human-Centric Design
Mobile computing has transformed how humans interact with digital systems to provide seamless access to services and information from nearly any location. With such technologies becoming more integrated into ordinary activities, interaction models must also evolve to be able to respond to users changing circumstances and expectations. Traditional static interfaces are giving rise to more dynamic, adaptive and context-aware systems. Pervasive Artificial Intelligence (AI) is at the heart of this transition enabling applications to provide individualized, predictive and responsive behavior. Human-centered design is needed to make sure that advance technologies are inclusive, usable and attuned to people’s needs.
This special issue invites advance research, intelligent interaction models and responsive architectures that examine the convergence of pervasive AI and human-centered design in mobile computing. Submissions are encouraged that consider the design of context-sensitive, responsive and morally sound systems for smooth interaction across devices and spaces. Researchers and practitioners are invited to suggest a solution that promote inclusive, energy-efficient and secure mobile experiences using edge intelligence, real-time processing and natural user interaction.
