CALL FOR PAPERS: ATRIP ESSAY COMPETITION 2025, FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW, SUBMISSION DEADLINE- February 6, 2026
2025 Essay Competition for Young Researchers in Intellectual Property sponsored by FICPI, the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys.
The Essay Competition is open for authors no older than 35 years of age as of December 31, 2025. ATRIP President may waive the age requirement in certain special situations, in particular in the case of maternity or paternity leave.
Papers may be submitted in English or French. Entries must be submitted to admin@atrip.org no later than February 6, 2026.
The authors of the top three placed papers will be announced and their papers will be featured on the ATRIP website. They will also enjoy the opportunity to publish the papers in the Journal of World Intellectual Property Law or in IIC – International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (subject to review).
The author of the first-placed paper will be invited to give a presentation as a speaker at the 2026 ATRIP international annual conference to be held from June 28 to July 1, 2026, at the University of São Paulo, Brazil.
The Executive Committee reserves the right not to proclaim any or all winners should the quality of the papers be considered insufficient.
