Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising pleadings, applications, replies & submissions filed before Arbitral Tribunals.
- Conduct research related to arbitration law, contract law, construction law & other areas.
- Preparation of case briefs, legal notes & research memos for internal and external use.
- Help in maintaining case files, tracker, and database
- Draft internal use case brief and chronology of events
- Assist in preparing for arbitral hearings, including briefing and document compilation.
- Perform any other legal or administrative tasks.
- Attend client meeting/hearing (subject to confidentiality) and take notes
Eligibility
- Currently in penultimate or final year of 3/5 years LL.B.
- Demonstrated interest in arbitration, infrastructure or commercial laws.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other documentation tools.
