Call for Papers: German Yearbook of International Law (GYIL), Submission deadline: 30 September 2026
The Editors of the ๐๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ธ are pleased to invite submissions for the “General Articles” section of Volume 69 (2026).
We welcome original contributions on ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฝ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐น๐ฎ๐. Manuscripts should:
โข be written in English;
โข be 10,000โ12,500 words in length (including footnotes); and
โข conform to the GYIL House Style, available on the GYIL website.
Submissions should include:
โ๏ธ a brief abstract;
โ๏ธ keywords;
โ๏ธ the author’s institutional affiliation; and
โ๏ธ a confirmation that the manuscript is submitted exclusively to the GYIL.
