About the Internship
The interns will receive practical training under the guidance of experienced advocates and will be exposed to research, drafting, court procedures, and case management. This is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical advocacy through exposure to live matters and the day-to-day functioning of a litigation practice.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other litigation-related documents.
- Assisting with case preparation and file management.
- Assisting with court filings and procedural work.
- Attending court proceedings whenever required.
Eligibility
- Students in at least the third year of a five-year integrated law course.
- Students in at least the second year of a three-year LL.B. course.
- Candidates should possess good legal research, drafting skills, attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in civil and commercial litigation.
