About IPEM:
IPEM Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh has completed 25 years of its existence and to commemorate this journey, IPEM Law Academy (NAAC Accredited and affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut) is organizing an International E-Seminar on “Intellectual Property Rights: The Contemporary Issues” (ISSOAW 2021) on 17th December, 2021 (Friday) at 10:00 AM [UTC + 5:30 hrs]. We, at IPEM Law Academy, believe in promoting, learning and enriching the academic pursuits of our students. Keeping this in mind, we invite distinguished academicians at regular intervals to share their insights through Workshops/Seminars/Faculty Development Programs/Guest Lectures etc. from time to time.
About E-seminar:
Intellectual Property (IP) is the fuel that powers the engine of prosperity, fostering invention and innovation. The increasing significance of intangible assets in the global economy is forcing business organizations to actively manage their IP as a key driver for building and sustaining their competitive advantage and achieving superior performance. It is true that Intellectual Property is the root of intellectual development of any country and with the robust development of IPR, the old and some of the existing management constructs and approaches are required to undergo amendments from time to time
