The idea of legal aid society is to fulfil certain standards of legal education, but more importantly, it also aimed at engaging the students in serving their community by promoting legal awareness through these legal aid clinics and programs; and, following the same mandate the Legal Aid Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University was established, for providing free legal aid services for free to the needy or the poor section of the society, who are not capable to afford a legal representative for them who can fight a case for them, so the government has brought out the service for free legal aid to the needy people; to fulfil the objective of Article 39A of the Constitution of India.
About the Competition
The competition is intended to reveal a competitor’s ability to develop a point of view on a general topic and to deliver a speech within limited preparation time. Each participant will be given 2 to 4 minutes to prepare their point of view on the extempore topic randomly selected for them by the organizers under the broad themes to speak.
The theme of the competition is based on the prevailing scenario of surveillance vs. spyware.

The suggestive topics are:

- Surveillance in Public Place: The Breach of Personal Liberty
- Public Health and Surveillance
- India’s Law on Surveillance: Threat to Privacy?
- Employee Monitoring via Spyware

Undergraduate students studying in any recognized School/Departments/College of Indian Universities.

General Rules
- It will be an open competition, for all students in any recognized School/ Departments/College of India.
- Maximum of 30 participants can participate on a first-come and first-serve basis.
- Organisers will provide the topic 7 Minutes prior to the competition, and time allotted for speech will be 2 to 4 minutes.
- It will be an Online Platform, preferably Google Meet.
- Winners will get Certificate of Appreciation and Trophy.
- Every participant will get the E-certificate of Participation.
- The decision of the panel of judges and organizing committee regarding evaluation is final and binding.
