The Editorial Board of Solventia – Journal of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws (e-ISSN: 3108-2548) is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for Volume III, Issue 2, tentatively scheduled for publication in November 2026.
Established under the aegis of the Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies at National Law University, Jodhpur, Solventia seeks to foster rigorous academic discourse and encourage original scholarship in insolvency and bankruptcy law. We invite authors to submit original, unpublished manuscripts on topics within this field.
The deadline for submission of manuscripts is July 31, 2026, and submissions must be made through the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/vKVJbFxcHPYMdvBN8.
