The Indian Network for Clinical Legal Education (INCLE) is a noteworthy initiative that is working towards bridging the gap between legal theory and practice by promoting experiential learning and social justice in legal education. Founded in 2019 by Knowledge Steez, INCLE is a national network of law schools, legal aid clinics and civil society organizations; dedicated to empower the next generation of lawyers and professors to become socially conscious and  effective agents of change.

One of the key ways in which INCLE works on  it’s mission is by providing students the opportunities to engage in practical legal work. Through this approach students conduct legal research, and advocate for social change. By doing so, they gain practical experience and develop the skills and knowledge they need to become effective legal practitioners.

INCLE’s efforts to promote clinical legal education have not gone unnoticed. The organization has a track record of organizing events that promote knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovation. Its Faculty Development Program (FDP) and international conferences on clinical legal education have brought together legal educators, practitioners, and students from around the world to exchange ideas and discuss best practices.
