ABOUT UNIVERSITY

Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur was established by the Government of Maharashtra by way of enactment known as Maharashtra National Law University Act (Maharashtra Act No. VI of 2014). The University is the nineteenth National Law University in India. The University is pursuing excellence in legal and justice education under the visionary mentorship of the Chancellor, Hon’ble Shri Justice Bhushan Gavai, Judge, Supreme Court of India and dynamic leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the University.

COURSE STRUCTURE

These courses shall be offered in the academic Year 2021-22 in “Distance Education Mode” in association with Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. The PG Diploma courses will be  spread over two semesters and there will be contact classes every semester on weekend classes i.e on Saturday and Sunday. Contact classes will be scheduled in the month of August-November and April-May of the academic year for two weeks and exams will be conducted in the First weekend of April and August respectively. Results will be published in September, 2022. These Courses will be conducted in a blended learning format with online and in-person Classes which will be notified from time to time.

NOTES:

  1. Incomplete applications will not be considered for admission. Any concealment of required information or furnishing wrong information will amount to cancellation of admission at any time.
  2. All the admissions are provisional and the University reserves the right not to consider the candidature of any candidate for admission and / or to cancel the admission at any time.
  3. Accommodation will not be provided to the PG Diploma students during classes and Examination.
  4. Change of Course is not permitted once the admission formalities are over.
  5. The University reserves the right to modify / revise the admission procedure, course curriculum, the examination pattern and the fee structure from time to time.
