About the Institution

Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Law College & Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research in Law, Mangaluru is a professional college, founded in 1974 and functioning under the aegis of the SDM Educational Society, Ujire. Since its inception, it has been striving to find innovative methods to impart legal education. Presently, the college is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University and recognised by The Bar Council of India. In the year 2019, the National Assessment and Accreditation Committee (NAAC) re-accredited the college with a “B++” grade and a CGPA “2.9”.

With an intent to understand, study and analyse a legal perspective of Socio-Economic opportunities and Challenges of Start-up India, the well-researched articles are invited from the academicians and students for the book bearing the ISBN number call for papers.

Eligibility

The Journal invites academicians, practitioners, and students from any recognized university to submit their entries.

Submission Guidelines

Please note that the submissions must conform to the following requirements:

Cover Page-Manuscripts of a paper should have a cover page providing: 

  • Title of the paper.
  • The name (s).
  • Address
  • Contact number.
  • Email
  • Keywords for the paper. 

Abstract: Following the cover page, there should be an ‘abstract’ page, which should contain the title of the paper, the subtitle “Abstract” and a summary of the paper not exceeding 200 words along with three to four keywords.

Paper

  • The author/s shall submit the article on an A4 paper length. 
  • Full paper not exceeding 4000 words along with abstract should be mailed to [email protected] in the MS word format. 
  • The name and designation of the authors should be mentioned on the top right corner of the first page. 
  • The font style should be Times New Roman, with a size of 12 and line spacing of 1.5.
  • The references/citation style in the chapters shall conform with the 20th blue book edition. 
  • All chapters/articles submitted will be checked for plagiarism. 
  • Co-authorship shall be allowed to a maximum of three authors. 

Submission Deadline

The deadline for receipt of submissions is August 30, 2022.
