ABOUT IPEM
Institute of Professional Excellence and Management (IPEM), is a group of
Institutions conducting various courses including B.A.,LL.B. & LL.B., BBA,
B.COM & MBA, BCA & MCA, B.ED, D.EL.ED. It was established in 1996 by
Late Prof. (Dr.) B.S. Goel, who was the Executive Director, a Great Educationist & Philanthropist. Over the years IPEM has been conferred with many coveted awards and ranks. It is NAAC accredited and was declared Institute of Excellence in NCR by Competition Master. The Institute also received Shiksha Bharati Award on the occasion of 35 National Seminar organized by Indian Achiever Forum, 2013.
IPEM is known for its philosophy, processes, academic resources and
infrastructural facilities. We are providing good education to our students and the result is that students are emerged as toppers in the University Examination and are well placed in their profession.
IPEM Law Academy is running Law Courses B.A.LLB/ LLB which are approved by Bar Council of India and affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The LL.B Course was started in and B.A.LL.B started from 2011 onwards.
COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS
- ELIGIBILITY: The Competition is open for students pursuing B.A.LL.B. (5 years), LL.B (3 years) Degree Course from any recognized Law College/University subject to fulfillment of the registration formalities, and he/she must not exceed of age on the date of holding the competition. Only one team will be permitted to participate from one College/Institution/University. If two or more courses are running in an institution, one team from each course will be permitted to participate.
- Language: The Competition shall be conducted in the English language only
- Team Compositions: Each team shall consist of three members, (Two Speakers and One Researcher).
- Registration: In order to confirm participation, teams of every Institution should register themselves. The registration process consists of the following steps:
- Each Team is required to fill and send Original Registration Form (along with Original Demand Draft (If Payment is done by Demand Draft) & Authorization Letter through latest by 30 November, 2020. The envelope should be marked with Dr. B.S Goel NationalMoot Court Competition, 2021,
- The envelope should be sent to the following address: IPEM LawAcademy A-13/1, South Side G.T. Road IndustrialArea, NH-24 By Pass, Ghaziabad, U.P.-201010
- The soft copy of registration form, demand draft details along with authorization letter be sent to <[email protected]>. The details for Demand Draft transactions are given hereunder:
The Registration fee shall be Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) for each participating team of 3 members (Two Speakers & one Researcher). No additional member shall be permitted.
The Demand Draft for Rs 2000/ shall be drawn in the favour of ‘IPEM LawAcademy, Payable at Ghaziabad‘. Forms received after the deadline i.e Forms received after the deadline i.e
Change in Team Composition– Any change in team composition must be intimated to the Organizers at the earliest. Any change must be accompanied by a registration form and an authority letter duly signed by the head of the college/institution. No change in team composition is allowed after registration by post.
